In such circumstances, the SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF FAMILIES OF DEAF PEOPLE shall use its best endeavours to restore the Services to full availability and, where possible, to notify users of any potential unavailability thereof. The SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF FAMILIES OF DEAF PEOPLE shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension or termination of the information or Services. Furthermore, the SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF FAMILIES OF DEAF PEOPLE shall not be liable for any omissions, loss of information, data or configurations, unauthorised access or breach of confidentiality arising from technical or communications issues, or from human error, whether caused by third parties or otherwise not attributable to the SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF FAMILIES OF DEAF PEOPLE.
Nor shall the Confederation be liable for any loss or damage caused by cyber-attacks or viruses affecting software, communications systems or equipment used by the SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF FAMILIES OF DEAF PEOPLE where such software, systems or equipment have been manufactured or supplied by a third party.
