FIAPAS is commemorating its fortieth anniversary with a document with which it would like to share some of the milestones and important advances made over these four decades.
Since it was established in 1978, FIAPAS has worked tirelessly to defend, guarantee the rights, and meet the needs of people with hearing impairments and their families.
