Deaf people seeking or improving on employment and their families may face certain situations when entering the workplace after completing their education. Through its employment services the Job Integration Network – FIAPAS provides information, support, training and guidance to hearing loss people and their families on job-related issues. The Network seeks the social and occupational inclusion of hearing loss people through their professional training and inclusion in normal business.
This training pill, produced as part of the Job Integration Network Project – FIAPAS 2019, financed by Fundación ONCE, is a training tool or resource for the Network’s employment services, the main goal of which is to provide keys to increase the chances of insertion or improve the situation in the labor market.
It is primarily aimed at users of the employment services of the Job Integration Network – FIAPAS who are seeking or looking to improve on employment.
