FIAPAS is commemorating its fortieth anniversary with a document with which it would like to share some of the milestones and important advances made over these four decades. Since it was established in 1978, FIAPAS has worked tirelessly to defend, guarantee the rights, and meet the needs of people with hearing impairments and their families.
This publication was produced within the context of the FIAPAS Strengthening of the Associative Movement Programme, nationwide coordination of its networks and generating of social change, in the field of comprehensive social and health care for people with hearing impairments, funded by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality through income tax resources set aside for subsidies and by the ONCE Foundation.
